Groupe Petra is a private real estate management company that has been active for over 30 years, with a portfolio of over 10 million square feet of office, commercial and industrial buildings located in the Montreal, Quebec and Toronto areas.

Challenges and objectives

In pursuit of its ESG strategy and the enhancement of its real estate portfolio, Groupe Petra undertook the LEED V4.1 O+M certification for the Triomphe Towers in Laval.

Our solution:

Support through LEED V4.1 O+M certification.
Analysis of the buildings’ environmental performance.
Development of a structured action plan identifying the measures to be implemented to achieve the desired certification level.
Structuring and optimization of sustainable building management processes.
